MTC’s triangular trademark was registered in 1989. The trademark, a mountain sign containing MTC’s English name, symbolizes stability, dependability, lofty ideals, high standards, and courage. The name “Mercury” is taken from the Roman mythology - God of Commerce. We promise to serve as a firm bridge between manufacturers and consumers, striving to fulfill the needs and demands of both. In 1990, the start of Taiwan’s boom in the Information Technology and Machine Tools industries, we established our Taichung branch in order to serve central Taiwan more efficiently. In 1993, for the sake of better reaching the needs of our customers, and further, we established a branch in Kaohsiung. We remain committed to helping our customers grow, not only for our mutual benefit but for the feedback of the communities of which we are a part.
From 1995, we also opened service offices in Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, and Chongqing, so as to aid our customers in diversifying and expanding their business to the Chinese market. Our products are more various than before to upgrade customer products’ “Quality” and personal “Safety” as well.
In 2001, in response to the enlarged the scope of our company, we changed our organization as a corporation with more shares.
